Move Motor

The sketches below will spin motor continuously when uploaded on a Domo*pes. Visit here for help with connecting motors.

  1. Choose the appropriate sketch for your setup.
    DC Motors
DC motors have 2 wires going to a circuit then 4 wires going to board's pins. Works on a Domo*pes or Arduino board. Copy or download this .pde sketch.
    Servo
Sample Code for Moving Servos is preinstalled in the Arduino software's example folder. The Servo library is preinstalled in the Arduino software. Works on a Domo*pes or Arduino board.
    Stepper Motors
The Stepper library is preinstalled in the Arduino software.
    Bipolar
    - If using bipolar motors and a Domo*pes, attach Digital Pins 3 & 6 to motor. Copy or download this .pde sketch.
    - If using bipolar motors, an Arduino, and a driver, use two pins attached to motor. Copy or download this .pde sketch.
    Unipolar
    - If using unipolar motors and a Domo*pes, use four pins attached to motor. Copy or download this .pde sketch.
Digital Pins 8 & 9 on -axis, Digital Pins  &  on Y-axis, or Digital Pins  &  on X-axis
    - If using unipolar motors, an Arduino, and a driver, use four pins attached to motor. Copy or download this .pde sketch.
  2. Open .pde sketch in Arduino IDE software. Select the appropriate board in Tools Menu. Compile and upload to board.
  3. The motor will be turning.
